Koch-Chemie polishing kit for scratches removal and long-lasting deep sheen of paintwork. Set includes silicone-oil-free coarse and fine polishing compounds (250 ml) and matching pads (126 mm).

Heavy Cut H9.01, 250 ml

Innovative machine polish for a fast reworking of heavily weathered paintwork, elimination of deep scratches, and effective removal of paint mists and sanding traces of up to 1,200 grain. With its extremely homogeneous abrasive grain, Heavy Cut 9.01 achieves an extremely high level of cut with an excellent gloss level. Can be polished for prolonged periods without sticking and with low dust formation. Ideally suited to all types of paint (both soft and scratch-proof).

Recommendations for use
Apply in a crosswise motion with a rotary polisher and a lambskin pad (for sanding traces of 1,200–2,500) or the Heavy Cut Pad (for sanding traces of 2,000–5,000). Apply polishing compound at medium speed and with medium pressure. Polish afterwards with Micro Cut M3.02 for the best possible finish.

Heavy Cut Pad, 126 mm

Abrasive sponge for removing strong weathering and deep scratches using the Heavy Cut H9.01. The short height of 23mm creates low torsion forces, very good handling and the highest level of stability. The special density of the foam material enables long-lasting compression hardness during polishing. The optimised reticulation (open cellular structure) and cell count contribute to a high level of abrasiveness and excellent hygiene factors. The milling edge ensures extra flexibility for the pads, enabling them to fit around contours easier. The colourful non-woven material, suitable for polishing, ensures process safety.

Fine Cut F6.01, 250 ml

Intelligent machine polish of the latest generation with unique aluminium oxide quality. The intelligent grain size ensures very quick, complete removal of wash system scratches and similar traces of use and gives the paintwork a long-lasting deep sheen. Sanding marks left behind by 2500 grade sanding media are removed effortlessly. Fine Cut F6.01 is therefore ideally suited for perfect reconditioning of medium to heavily weathered paintwork. Perfectly coordinated for the treatment of scratch-proof paint.

Recommendations for use
Apply the fine polishing compound to the polishing pad (Fine Cut Pad or lambswool pad) and polish the precleaned surface with max. 2.000 rpm crosswise. The cleaning effect can be varied by means of pressure, polishing medium and rpm. At the start of the polishing process, we recommend working with greater pressure at a lower speed. In the further course, reduce the pressure and polish to a high gloss at a higher speed. The remaining polish residues can be removed easily with our Profi ultrasonic cut microfibre cloth. Remove any streaks or traces of polish with Micro Cut M3.02.
