Autoshampoo

Phosphate and NTA-free vehicle shampoo for gantry washing systems, wash systems and hand washing.
The combination of anionic and non-ionic surfactants guarantees mild and thorough cleaning. Optimally suited as well for biological service water treatment plants. VDA conform to class A.

Areas of use
Gantry washing systems, wash systems, hand washing, etc.

Recommendations for use
Use a dosing pump to apply undiluted or diluted 1:10. Recommended dosage per car: Shampoo: 6-10 ml.
Hand washing: 1:150. VDA conform to class A.

Green Star

Highly concentrated, phosphate- and solvent-free, alkaline universal cleaner. Universally usable for the areas of workshop floor and industrial cleaning, interior and exterior cleaning of cars and trucks and engine cleaning thanks to its enormous dirt and oil carrying capacity. Special corrosion inhibitors ensure high material compatibility with regard to sensitive components such as eg, anodised aluminium. For use in spray extraction and other carpet cleaning devices we recommend the addition of Kocentschäumer foam inhibitor. Optimally suited as well for biological service water treatment plants. Quick-separating and tested in accordance with ÖNORM 5105 (test concentration 10% solution). VDA conform to class A: reaction time max. 5 min, max. application concentration 1:3.

Cars, recreational and commercial vehicles, workshop and industrial floors, machinery, etc.

Recommendations for use
Depending on the dirt accumulation: cleaning vehicle exteriors and engines use a 1:5 to 1:30 solution. Apply over the whole surface, allow to react for a short time and use a high-pressure cleaner to rinse off thoroughly. Cleaning vehicle interiors and textiles use a 1:10 to 1:20 solution. Remove product resides with a damp cloth or a wet/dry vacuum cleaner. Workshop and industrial floors use a 1:40 to 1:120 solution. VDA conform to class A: reaction time max. 5 min, max. application concentration 1:3.

ProtectorWax

High-gloss, lotus effect and protection.
The innovative high-tech conserving wax sets new standards in matters of protection, durability, extreme deep gloss, long-term water repellence (lotus effect), easy-to-clean performance and vehicle drying without micro-beading. The use of polyfunctional reactive components in combination with the highest quality care components, which bond firmly with the surfaces as a network, guarantee perfect long-lasting high-gloss protection and improved visibility during rain (beading). Improves with regular use of the gloss and protection layer, covers fine scratches and all rubber and plastic parts, as well as convertible fabric top materials, are protected against fading and embrittlement. ProtectorWax thus makes a considerable contribution to maintaining the vehicle’s value. Can be used as hot, cold and foam wax (mechanically and manually).
Achieves optimum drying results even with high conductance values of the service water and with difficult fan geometries. Optimally suited for standard as well as for biological service water treatment plants. Contains no mineral oil hydrocarbons. VDA conform to class A.

Areas of use
Gantry washing systems, wash systems, self-service car washes, foam guns, etc.

Recommendations for use
Apply undiluted with dosing pump undiluted or in a ratio of up to 1:2. Recommended dosage per car: hot/cold wax: 13-19 ml. Foam wax: 13-19 ml. Premium wax: 16-23 ml. VDA conform to class A. Manual use: Pour approx. 30ml ProtectorWax into 1l water and apply it to the clean, still wet vehicle using a foam sprayer or pump dispenser and let it soak in. Rinse the product thoroughly using a pressure washer to avoid stains. If applying using a foam gun, adjust the pre-dilution accordingly. Pat dry any residual water Only mix the product for one application and do not store.

Warnings
Protect against frost and excessive heat.

Tornador towel absorbent sponge cloth

Super-absorbent cloth for fast and residue-free drying of glass, painted and plastic surfaces after vehicle washing. Absorbs faster and up to 100%, more water than traditional chamois and fine fibre cloths and is, therefore, a guarantee for fast working.

Washing Sponge

Paintwork-protecting, tear-proof and chemical-resistant washing sponge with high water and foam absorption capacity. A special foam composition makes the sponge extremely long-lasting and economical.
