Ceramic Pro Marine is the dedicated marine coating in the Ceramic Pro range - engineered for hulls, gelcoat, glass, and metal fittings exposed to salt water, UV, and biological growth. It bonds permanently to marine surfaces, creating a smooth, hydrophobic barrier that helps prevent oxidation, barnacle adhesion, and algae build-up - significantly reducing cleaning time and maintenance costs.

Built for New Zealand waters.
Salt Water Resistance

Formulated to withstand prolonged exposure to salt water, humidity, and harsh marine environment conditions.

Barnacle & Algae Resistance

Smooth hydrophobic surface helps resist biological growth and marine organism adhesion - keeping hulls cleaner for longer.

Permanent Bonding

Bonds permanently to gelcoat, fibreglass, metal, and glass for long-lasting protection above and below the waterline.

UV & Oxidation Protection

Helps slow UV-induced fading, oxidation, and surface degradation on exposed above-waterline surfaces.

Hydrophobic Self-Cleaning

Water, salt spray, and contaminants bead off the surface - dramatically reducing cleaning time and effort after every trip.

Enhanced Gloss & Finish

Adds depth and gloss to gelcoat and painted surfaces, keeping vessels looking their best between maintenance cycles.

Built for the full vessel - above and below the waterline.
Hulls & Topsides

Gelcoat, fibreglass, and painted hull surfaces above and below the waterline

Glass & Windscreens

Helm screens, portlights, and windows for improved visibility and water shedding

Metal Fittings & Hardware

Stainless steel, aluminium, and anodised fittings prone to salt corrosion and tarnishing

Recreational Boats

Trailer boats, runabouts, fishing vessels, and leisure craft of all sizes

Commercial & Charter Vessels

High-use vessels where reduced maintenance frequency delivers real operational savings

Superyachts & Prestige Craft

Where finish quality and long-term asset protection are non-negotiable

How Ceramic Pro Marine Works

Ceramic Pro Marine uses Silicon Dioxide (SiO2) nanotechnology to penetrate the micro-surface structure of marine substrates. Once cured, it forms an invisible, glass-like protective layer that bonds permanently - creating a smooth, hard surface that repels water, salt, biological growth, and environmental contaminants without altering the appearance or profile of the treated surface.

Primary Substrate

Gelcoat & fibreglass

Also bonds to metal, glass, and painted marine surfaces

Key Protection

Salt, UV, biological growth

Hydrophobic barrier reduces barnacle and algae adhesion

Cure Time

Full cure: 7 days

Initial set within hours - vessel should remain dry during cure. Applied by certified professionals only.
